2025 Webinar Update

As we roll out the 2025 Mailers Hub webinar calendar, we’d like to share two updates.

The first is that we are moving our standard webinar time slot from Tuesdays to Thursdays. We will keep the same 1:00 PM ET time slot and the same approximate three-week interval. However, looking back at schedule adjustments and the industry event calendar from 2024 and seeing those same conflicts arising in 2025, we anticipate that the Thursday schedule will be more accommodating for all.

The second change is that we are moving to a paid-registration model for non-subscriber webinar registrations. Informative, timely webinars are a valuable service we strive to provide, and it is critical that we strike a balance between making information accessible and supporting the value of the Mailers Hub subscription, the content, and the time of our webinar contributors. The fee will be nominal and will be an organization-based registration fee. We have adjusted our registration process to accommodate these changes, as outlined below.

Non-Subscriber Webinar Registration:

  • Webinar registration is $25 per non-subscriber organization. An organization may register multiple attendees for one $25 fee.
  • All attendees under an organization’s registration must share the same company email domain. Registrant emails that do not match the company will not be included.
  • Up to four registrants can be submitted using the online registration form.
    • To register more than four attendees for the same company, please use the registration form for the primary paid registrant ONLY, and submit all additional registrants via a simple Excel or CSV worksheet. Please include first name, last name, organization, and email.
    • Additional registrants may be added up to 5 PM ET the day before the webinar. Please contact Mailers Hub directly with names and emails.
  • Once the form is complete and payment submitted:
    • The primary registrant will receive a payment receipt from Stripe.
    • All registrants will receive a registration confirmation email.
    • All registrants will receive an additional confirmation email from ZOOM, approximately 24 hours after payment is received. This email will include the attendee’s unique registration link.
  • Refunds/Cancellations:
    • Refund requests must be received no later than 5:00 PM ET of the day before the webinar.
    • A refund request will cancel ALL registrations associated with the organization.
    • If an organization has multiple registrants and not all wish to cancel, a refund will not be issued.
    • No-shows will not be issued refunds.
  • Access to webinar recordings remains a subscriber-only benefit. However, non-subscribers who choose to join after paying webinar registration fees will be credited those fees towards their subscription dues.

Subscriber Webinar Registration:

  • Mailers Hub subscribers will now be required to log in to access webinar registration forms. Contact Mailers Hub for login assistance, if needed.
    • As a reminder, Mailers Hub subscriptions are organization-based; all individuals at your company enjoy free webinar registration and recording access.
    • If you are the primary contact for your organization, you may add, remove, or confirm your company’s roster, ensuring the maximum reach of your subscription. Please contact Mailers Hub with names and emails.
