Cancellations must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the start of the workshop. For full series registrants, cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to the beginning of the first workshop. Substitutions will be permitted up to 1 hour prior to the beginning of the workshop. Registration changes will not be permitted once a workshop has begun; in the case of a full series registration, changes will not be permitted after the beginning of the initial workshop.
